The Job

This role is based in Mexico. You preferably have an Engineering or Administration background and have exceptional leadership skills. As a Product Manager, you must know agile methodologies, the translation of business requirements into executables for the team, as well as the ability to define a product implementation roadmap. You are required to establish and maintain good relationships with our client stakeholders and provide project status and changes.

Your job includes:

• Developing the product’s strategic roadmap and creating KPIs for the implementation  team.
• Ensuring the execution and delivery of the implementation team 
• Acting as a representative of the customer and business in your team.

Background

• Excellent communication skills at multiple levels and areas (from technology teams to business leaders and customers).
• Demonstrated experience managing development teams or acting as a mentor to several engineers (Technical hands-on background is a great bonus).
• Experience managing and delivering projects / products according to business expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies either through demonstrated experience working as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or
• Product Manager.
• Strong and assertive decision making skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to detect opportunities based on metrics as well as ability to measure business impact of developed products.
• Fluent English and Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling our products’ implementation developing the project’s strategic roadmap.
• Ensuring the execution and delivery of the implementation team.
• Ensuring the project is closed out, delivering the value and indicators agreed upon contractually
• Management in negotiations, claims and project changes.
• Maintain constant communication with key stakeholders (business leaders, internal customers, POs and the development team) to ensure that the right product is being built and business goals are being met.
• Be the customers’ point of contact while the implementation phase lasts.
• Sprint planning, team backlog preparation, review, and validation of the work completed during these sprints.
• Maintain a motivated team in constant improvement and professional growth.
